By using Nueva Era 2253's mobile car detailing services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

Nueva Era 2253 ("we," "us," or "our") provides mobile car detailing services in Henrico, Richmond, and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide access to water hose and electrical outlet as required
  • Allow our technicians to work on your vehicle at the scheduled location
  • Pay the agreed-upon service fee upon completion
  • Notify us of any special requirements or vehicle conditions before service

2. Service Requirements

Our mobile detailing service requires:

  • Water Access: Customer must provide access to a water hose
  • Electrical Outlet: Customer must provide access to an electrical outlet
  • Vehicle Access: Vehicle must be accessible for our equipment
  • Safe Working Environment: Location must be safe for our technicians

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website and booking system. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
  • Distance fees apply for locations over 25 minutes from our service area
  • Membership pricing is available for qualifying customers
  • All sales are final unless service is not completed due to our error

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 Hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • Same Day Cancellation: Full service fee applies
  • Weather Cancellations: No fee, rescheduling available

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you're not satisfied with the results, contact us within 24 hours
  • We will return to address any issues at no additional cost
  • This guarantee covers workmanship, not normal wear and tear
  • Damage claims must be reported immediately upon service completion

6. Liability and Insurance

Nueva Era 2253 carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
  • Damage caused by customer interference during service
  • Damage to vehicles with known mechanical issues
  • Personal items left in the vehicle during service

7. Vehicle Condition

Before service begins, we will inspect your vehicle and note any existing damage. We are not responsible for damage that existed prior to our service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
