Required: You must have access to a water hose and electrical outlet for our equipment. These are essential for our mobile detailing service to operate properly. We bring all other equipment and supplies.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website, call us at 804-486-8866, or text us. We'll confirm your appointment and send you a reminder before your service.

Is there a distance fee?

Yes, there's a $25 distance fee for locations over 25 minutes from our service area. This helps cover travel time and fuel costs for longer drives. We serve Henrico, Richmond, and surrounding areas.

How long does a service take?

Service times vary by package: Express Clean (1-2 hours), Street Shine (2-3 hours), Designer Gloss (3-4 hours). We'll give you an estimated time when you book.

What if it rains?

We can work in light rain, but heavy rain or storms may require rescheduling. We'll contact you if weather conditions aren't suitable for detailing.

Do you work on weekends?

Yes! We work Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday appointments may be available by special request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due upon completion of service. We also offer membership plans for regular customers.

Can I watch you work?

Absolutely! We're transparent about our process. You're welcome to watch, ask questions, or go about your day - whatever you prefer.

Do you offer warranties?
